About me

A little detail about me and my practice.

My mission is to provide an inviting, collaborative, and individualized experience for parents, children, and myself to assess neurodevelopmental differences as a team. As a parent I know how uncertainty about your child’s well-being can feel, so I work hard to make the evaluation process thorough, transparent, and unintimidating.

I earned a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology with a specialty in Infant-Preschool Mental Health. My private practice was established in 2012. Over the years I have developed a niche in the psychological assessment of neurodevelopmental diagnoses, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability, across all ages. I especially enjoy working with ages 5 and under.

In addition to private clients who are self-referred or referred by another practitioner, I am contracted with Kaiser Permanente and Alta California Regional Center to provide limited scope evaluations.

It’s part of my job to both assess/diagnose and educate you on what the outcome of the evaluation means. Please feel free to ask follow-up questions at the end of our appointment to ensure you have a clear understanding of the results and associated implications.
